So, up "early" on a Saturday morning, 7:30am. It must have rained at least a little bit last night, because the trees look greener having lost their coating of fine sand. Karole is headed to some kind of cross-country track thing this morning. Will has baseball practice later at 12:30. We'll drop Lori off at Curves for her first workout since we arrived. We finally found the Curves place on Wednesday. I swear, finding things here is purely a case of serendipity. Most streets are not numbered. Building numbers are nearly non-existent. God help you if you miss a turn, because there is DEFINITELY no easy way to get back to where you just were. It ain't as simple as making three right turns...
Was disappointed the Huskers lost at Colorado yesterday. Defense, what defense? Did they go home at halftime? Love the offense. Ganz is great. 600+ yards. Average of 53 points scored per game in the last three games. It should be enough, but the guys on "D" have to do their jobs, too. Oh well, no bowl for NU again. Time for Callahan to hit the road.
I'm going to try to upload Will's movie project for his Graphics Design class. If you see something called Lucky Charms here on our blogspot, check it out!
